We sometimes use material from other sources to guide our discussions,
we often follow our own agenda / curriculum.

Occasionally, we study the bible in an almost traditional way!

"Light Refreshment" SUSPENDED from March 17th

Time to meet and greet,
and get to know new people,
and a bit more about people we have known for a while.

Everyone is welcome!

Each month we have a speaker or a theme.

If we have a speaker, it is quite 'often one of us'
sharing something about our life
- an interesting holiday, how we got our job, or whatever.

When it is a 'theme' everyone is invited to bring a contribution.

"At a Loose End?" SUSPENDED from March 17th

Are you "At a Loose end?"

Do you want some company and a chat over a cuppa and a biscuit (and sometimes a home baked cake!).

Like to play dominoes, or Uno or some other board game,
or kit some baby clothes or blanket squares for our latest chosen charity?

The come along to "At a Lose End?"

Then bring yourself and your activity along to the Garden Room
in Sherwood United Reformed Church
on the first Wednesday of the month

Coffee Morning

The place to come if your are "at a loose end" on Saturday Morning.

Tea / Coffee and Biscuits are served,
(with the support of members from St Martin's Anglican Church)
and we sit and chat and catch up with things.

Any money made goes to support the work of Christian Aid.

and follows on from a committal ceremony at 1:30 at Gedling Crematorium.

A service of thanksgiving for the Funeral of Margaret Sharman

will commence at 11:45 (or shortly after) in the church

following the family committal at 10:45 to be held at Mansfield Crematorium.

The family will hold a reception in the Church Hall after the service is complete.
