Fill in this form to request a room at the church for your activity.

We are not able to accept single / one-off bookings such as parties. 'Annual' bookings for community organisation events - e.g. 'Potato Day', 6 monthly Concert,  AGM - are still accepted.

Payment for use of premises must be by BACS transfer - we do not accept cash or cheque.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will need to meet one of our volunteers at church on a Saturday Morning between 10.30 a.m. and 12 noon to collect the key and be shown where things are.

Remember, halls are not available on Sundays.

Please give as much detail as you possibly can: e.g. We intend to met weekly during term time to provide a "Mum's & Tot's" group

It is your responsibility to ensure that you ascertain whether your event will need a license from Nottingham City Council (e.g. Temporary Event Notice or a Market License ), and to obtain one in good time (i.e. before you advertise) if necessary.
