Please Note: members of the booking team are all volunteers, and may take a few days to get back to you.
They do not work on Bank Holidays, Sundays, or between Christmas Eve and the first Monday after New Years Day.
Over the summer period we are not able to deal with casual, on off lets.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you ascertain whether your event will need a license from Nottingham City Council (e.g. Temporary Event Notice or a Market License ), and to obtain one in good time (i.e. before you advertise) if necessary.
Main Hall
This is the Main Hall in the building, just to the left of the front doors.
Facilities: Full Kitchen, near to toilets.
Use of stage by prior arrangement only - this is used by the resident drama group for much of the year..
The Hall will seat up to 110 people.
Church & Garden Room
The Church is through the glass screen in the Garden room.
and can not bee booked separately (they come together)
But if you need the chruch book it otherwise there will be no heating!
It can seat up to 90 in rows, and up to 120 with the screens pulled back
to incorporate the Garden room itself.
It is ideal for a presentations, discussions and lectures.
Facilities:
- near to the main toilets in the entrance
- comfortable room, carpeted
- own kitchen suitable for preparing cold meals and hot drinks.
- glass screen to church
- Video Projector, Organ, Piano, 'stage'
- Simple PA and Loop System
Garden Room
The Garden Room is to the right from the main entrance.
It is a medium sized room that can seat up to 50.
It is ideal for a presentations, discussions and lectures.
Facilities:
- near to the main toilets in the entrance
- comfortable room, carpeted
- own kitchen suitable for preparing cold meals and hot drinks.
- glass screen to church
The Gallery
The Gallery is the small room beyond the glass partition straight ahead when you cme in the main Hall Doors.
It is suitable for small groups of up to about 20 people.
Facilities
- Next to the Kitchen - can be used for meals
- small tables for informal use
- next to main toilets and entrance porch.
Upright piano may be available by arrangement.

Rates for Community Users
Community Users are Children's Parties, Non Profit Making Organisations, Community Groups, etc.

* The church itself may be used for a public lecture, presentation or discussion on request.
P.A. with loop system, Video Projector and Screen are available in the church.
The garden room has partial loop system coverage
** an extra £5.00 per session is charged if there is a bouncy castle or similar.
If the user goes over their contracted time, they will be expected to pay a one off charge of £20.
Commercial organisations are expected to pay a more commercial rate which will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
